A combi-boiler makes instantaneous hot water on demand.

When you have one, you WILL have:
- a pressure gauge on your boiler and
- more than 4 pipes coming out of your boiler.(size and colour does not matter, just count them)

You will NOT have:
- a cylinder in the property or
- a feed and expansion tank in the loft
